Clavion Labs Gmail Automation collects and processes the following information:

• Account data: email address and account identifiers
• Authentication tokens for session management and Gmail API access
• Email content accessed only when users explicitly trigger automation features

We explicitly do not collect: browsing history, keystroke data, location information, health information, or payment details beyond what is necessary for service operation.

2. Data Usage

Your data is used solely to support core operations including: providing and operating automation features, generating analytics for your workflows, storing automation history, authenticating users, and improving our services. We do not use your data for advertising or tracking purposes.

3. User Control

Our application operates only with your explicit interaction. You can disconnect your Google account, disable automations, or delete your account at any time through the application settings.

4. Storage & Retention

Data is stored securely on our infrastructure. Raw email content is retained only as long as needed for automation processing. You may request complete account deletion at any time by contacting our support team.

5. Third-Party Services

We use third-party services including cloud infrastructure providers and the Google Gmail API for core functionality. These services are used solely for contracted operations and are bound by their own privacy policies.

6. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes. Data is shared only when legally required or operationally necessary for service delivery.

7. Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit and at rest, secure authentication protocols, and regular security audits.

8. Children's Privacy

Our services are not intended for users under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
